Ordinary does not mean ignored
Fever, a sore throat, ear pain, pain on passing urine, a rash, eye pain, or a problem the line has not matched yet. On SOSTRIAGE™ by CAREPOI® these can open more quietly. They can still rise. An unclear concern is handed to a clinician. It is not a brush-off.
01
Fever, throat, ear, and urine
Asked only after the person is known to be awake and breathing is safe. Fever or infection can start quietly and still rise. Being unable to pass urine raises concern. A sore throat is not treated as an airway problem once breathing is known to be usual.
02
Pain that is not chest or head
Abdomen, back, arm, or leg: where it is, and how bad. Chest, head, and sudden severe pain are not left on this quieter path. They move to the path that matches them.
03
Skin, eyes, and a booked journey
A rash is watched for an unwell person and for allergy. Eye pain or a sudden change in vision has its own questions. A journey that was already booked asks only whether anything new has happened, and whether the person is awake and breathing. A new change leaves the booked path.
04
When the words do not match yet
The unclear path asks a little, then a clinician decides. That is the safe default. It is the same in Norwegian, English, and Greek. For an insurer or a clinic, it is how an unmatched member call stays owned, instead of being dropped.

The care paths
Every concern has a path. A clinician still signs.
