Telephone assessment keeps the same contact moving across supported devices without starting over. Short-lived access, clearly sourced measurements, and clinical review remain part of one workflow.

A code, not a new account
The page shows a code and a mark the phone can scan. The phone opens the same conversation. Nothing about the person is put in the address.

A fingertip, when the light is on
Rest a finger over the back camera and its light. Keep still. The phone says if the lens is uncovered, if the press is too heavy, or if the pulse can be read.

What comes back to the desk
A pulse that passes the quality check can be offered to the clinician as a phone reading. Oxygen on that screen is marked screening only. It does not pretend to be a finger oximeter cleared for care.

Stay with the person
The phone is for the moment when someone can hold still. It is not a task for the minutes when someone is not breathing. In those minutes the caller stays on the line.
