Support throughout the assessment process
AVA is a structured guide, not an autonomous clinician. She keeps the defined interaction organized, in the language the caller confirmed. She does not diagnose, and she does not set the final outcome. The moment a clinician takes the contact, AVA goes quiet.
01
What AVA does
She speaks the opening, the pathway questions, and the safety lines. She stops the automated path when speech cannot be trusted. She raises a flag when the words match a danger the path is built to catch. She reads urgent advice back and waits to hear that it was heard.
02
What AVA will not do
She does not choose hospital, clinic, or home. She does not say that help is already coming. She does not offer video during resuscitation. On a red call she does not ask whether this number is the same person. That question stays on the clinician’s screen.
03
A person, at any moment
The caller can ask. The colour can demand it. Uncertain speech, an unfinished pathway, or advice the caller cannot repeat also brings a person in. One action takes the call.
04
A draft is not a signature
AVA may leave a draft note. It is labelled as a draft. The signed handover is a different document. A later correction is a new version, with the clinician’s name on it. The signed page is not rewritten.
