sostriage
Two rooms. The same clinical rules.
The Triage Operations Center is where the SosTriage team works every line it staffs. A customer’s own clinicians work in the Clinical Workspace. Contacts are not copied from one room into the other.
01
The duty board is a shift, not a report
Needs a clinician. Clinician already on the case. Confirm the caller. Senior signature. Follow-up. AVA still assessing. Red sits at the top until someone owns it.
02
Who may do what
A coordinator answers and may record a name, a relationship, a language, and a note. A coordinator cannot set the outcome. A clinician takes the contact and signs. A senior signs a red emergency handover before it is issued.
03
The folder sits beside the conversation
Name, once known. Earlier confirmed contacts. The pathway steps, the observations, and the place. An action the role is not allowed to take is refused, even if the panel is open.
04
One takeover
Taking the call is one action. AVA goes quiet. The caller hears that a person has the case only after that handover is confirmed. If it is not confirmed, the caller is asked to use the emergency number where they are.
