sostriage
One clinical product. Four ways to staff it.
What changes is who answers, who is responsible for the records, and who may see the totals. Identifiable health information is not a product for sale.
01
Open care line
The public calls SosTriage. Our clinicians work the contacts in the Triage Operations Center. People sign in to My Health Folder if that door has been opened. This is the service under our own name.
02
Managed line
A clinic, an insurer, or an employer buys the service, and we answer. The folders belong to the customer. Their oversight users read totals in the Clinical Workspace. They do not have to sit on our desk.
03
Your own clinical team
The customer’s clinicians sign in and see only their organization. Their contacts are not copied into the Triage Operations Center. The duty board, the folders, and the four documents are the same ones our team uses.
04
A public partnership
A public body is its own organization, under a partner. Whoever staffs it works those folders. Another public body served by the same partner stays separate. A number in one does not open a folder in the other.
